Been a member at Square 1 for nearly 18 months now and I’ll be honest, I’m a pain in the ass, but the guys always accommodate my goals and keep me on track. Great gym, great community, and top-tier bants. Couldn’t ask for a better place to train.
Square One has given me so much confidence since starting in August. I joined post injury but every step of the way they have adapted for me and given me the right tools to gain strength and knowledge which I can see and feel. I love the social side of Square One also and made some lovely friends along the way. Thank you!
Just finished my first month as a full member and can’t recommend Square One enough!! Square 1 has massively changed the way I view exercise! I’ve always hated the gym as I have no motivation to do it by myself so I’ve paid for an ungodly amount of PT’s over the years instead but it’s always so expensive. With Square 1, I feel I do more than I ever did with 1:1 training and also get to be part of a community that makes me excited to go to the gym and do exercise!
