I had a great experience with Square One after coming home to a flooded bathroom due to an upstairs leak. They answer the phone 24/7 and provide excellent service. Bob and Evan came on time and were both thorough and efficient with their evaluation. They have great equipment to help them and were friendly/helpful throughout the whole process. When our ceiling caved in from unknown water damage, SquareOne came out almost immediately to provide an estimate and assess the situation. I was so grateful to have the team tape up the hole in our ceiling and set up fans/dehumidifiers immediately, even though our scheduled appointment for demo was a few days later. Ryan was so informative and reassuring about the process working with our insurance company as well— I would recommend this business to anyone!
