Polite staff and professional doctors. Went with my son and loved the experience.
Staff behavior at reception is really awful. I called them on Aug 26, 2025, at 9.30pm to book an appointment. She was really rude to me, couldn't even listen to me properly and hung up the phone. Earlier as well, when I need to check the blood work report, Staff at reception wasn't supportive and not co-operative when asked their help on call. Miscommunication is their key. My 5 stars are only for Dr. Tangri! He is by far the most professional and courteous person that I've encountered in that entire facility during the 3 visits I've had there! Thank you, Dr. Tangri!
Very poor experience at Square One Medical. The receptionist was unprofessional, lacked basic communication skills, and showed no empathy when addressing patients. For a medical office, I expected kindness and understanding, but instead I felt dismissed and unwelcome. This is not the level of care patients deserve when seeking medical help. Big NO NO to them.
