When I went to renew my policy online, I made some changes that resulted in a prompt to speak with an agent. I requested a call back time, and the call arrived the dot. The agent, Ashlee, was courteous, knowledgeable & thorough. She made appropriate queries & suggestions about my choices, and went along with my ultimate decisions without hesitation, even though my revised payment would bring them $3 less a month (I would add that my research has shown their rates are hard to beat). It has been a pleasure working with Square One Insurance. I shop around for better insurance annually, and all the agents I interacted with have been very responsive and very helpful. One of the agents, Karman Singh, followed up and explained the policy in detail, and has been very helpful. Highly recommend! Update: I had to file a claim and the adjuster Sarah Kim was a pleasure to work with. She made the process easy and worry free. Communication was timely and professional.
