I only go here because of Dr. Marzouk, Dr. Mazin & Dr. Bechara. The rest of the staff seem all over the place. They need more professionals of Arab and Asian background given the community profile.

Erum Shahid needs to learn some empathy and compassion. I wouldnt even bother calling her a doctor. She is rude and dismissive. If someone is coming to the clinic then there has to be a reason. Nobody would want to come and wait an hour for their turn and be told that just because she doesnt see the symptoms doesnt mean that a patient isnt in pain. She has completed her education for medicine now its time that the clinic make her take some courses on empathy.
Well managed. Good place for walk ins and family clinic. It’s well maintained and coordinated. Reception crew is very helpful. Doctors with diverse skill sets. Easy appointment booking.
