I’ve been coming to the Square One fitness classes at Blue Sky since last fall. The instructors there are extremely knowledgeable and teach you the proper form and movement for various exercises, with a special emphasis on handling kettle bells and weights safely. The class sizes are small so you get their full attention and they make sure that you’re using the right amount of weight for your strength. They adjust the pace to match your fitness level, are fun to work with and make getting a workout enjoyable.
I can’t say enough good things about Square One Fitness. The fitness classes here have been a complete game-changer for my body, especially around developmental repatterning, functional mobility, and strength that actually translates into daily life. The professionalism and knowledge of the coaches at Square One Fitness is impressive. They were always able to answer my numerous questions and gave me additional interesting/impactful info to support my efforts to learn how to move more functionally. I particularly enjoyed the portion of the classes focused on breathing. Highly recommend!
