I was thoroughly impressed with Scott and his team from beginning to end of the project. They were highly integrous and took the time to walk us through any questions or concerns. What set Square One Construction apart from other builders on the Sunshine Coast was their sophisticated infrastructure to transparently manage budget and timeline AND their local presence of dependable trades. Square One Construction is the best! They listen to what you want and create your dream home for you. They use quality materials and keep you in the loop throughout the construction process. We had our home built with them long distance and they were awesome. We are thrilled with our home and would recommend them to everyone! They truly care - from start to finish and beyond.
After contacting multiple renovation companies and general contractors, it was great to find Square One Construction. Working for a commercial GC myself, it was nice to work with some trades who were so responsive. They were able to work and propose ideas for my kitchen renovation within my budget and started right away.
