Major Construction Failure, Zero Accountability Square One renovated my home around 2021. There were numerous deficiencies which I discovered during the process which were corrected. I noticed water in the crawl space in 2024 but assumed it was due to perimeter drains which I had cleaned. In late 2025, I discovered the critical failure: a shower they installed was never connected to the waste line.
