I had a disappointing experience with this salon. I arrived at my appointment time, but the stylist was still working on another client. When I asked how long I would need to wait, I was told it would be at least 30 minutes. This made me feel like the salon does not respect clients' time or properly manage their appointments. The whole point of booking an appointment is to avoid waiting unnecessarily. If such basic scheduling can't be handled, it makes me question the overall professionalism of the salon.
