A+ service. Was having problems with my computer and spent days online trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Gave up and brought it here. The fix was way cheaper than I thought and they did it crazy fast!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! they took my laptop in for diagnostics, said touchpad driver wasn't installed were not able to re-install it , at least they didn't charge me for it! And, that was after they kept my laptop overnight! I took it to Geek Squad and they fixed it in 2 minutes! !!! Ugh, could have saved $39 if I did it myself...but I believed the guy from this repair shop that if he couldn't do it , I thought I won't be able to do it for sure!
I cannot thank them enough, I needed to print some important documents I had in my emails to take it to the Van Nuys court at a last minute, luckily a friend of mine recommended me this place.I was so stressed out and worried that I couldn't even log into my own email and to top it off my laptop was also acting up. Jacky and Carina are the best!!! They were supper helpful and sweet, they fixed my computer and even helped me reset my password to finally print those documents.
