Square 1 Fitness is a brilliant place where you receive 1 on 1 coaching to ensure that you have the right training protocol. Notably, your individual training program is designed by Steve for achieving your exact goal. In my situation, my buddy Jack and I have been doing a 5 day a week strength training protocol. Currently, we are on week 4, and we have both experienced a significant gain in strength and muscle mass. That’s because Square 1 Fitness is the real deal. Thank you Steve Baronski!
