I spoke to Nika today and she was super helpful. One of my kids pieces of artwork was missing and it turned out it was under a misspelled last name. She was able to quickly resolve the issue and add it to my gallery. I now have each year of artwork for both children and placed my order for this year. I love the pot holders, pencil holders, and weekender bag most. I was very disappointed in the quality of our products, especially compared to the price! My kids water bottle showed up with a super cheap lid with a broken ring so the lid falls off when she opens it. Also the kitchen trivet has felt feet which can't be washed regularly so that's also not a functioning item. Literally, we spent over $100 on junk.

It's a cool concept, but our ornaments were just mediocre. The art work is blurry and faded. Wouldn't order anything if it wasn't for school

Ordered 8 mugs with my kid’s artwork for Christmas gifts. Turned out so great! Placed the order on November 4th and received them on November 16th. Super fast turnaround!!

Received my order and was missing a mug. Called multiple times, no answer or call back. Filled an online form and still nothing. Terrible customer service.
