I have been ordering art from this company for over 10 years and have never had a problem. I'm not sure what happened this time. I placed my order back in May, hoping to receive it in June, but I never did. I have tried calling and have created a couple of cases online, but I haven't heard back from anyone. It's really a shame because the idea of being able to order artwork from your kids—no matter how old they are today—is amazing! I partnered with Square 1 Art this spring and sent my students art to the company on time. I was not notified by the company that the shipment was never received until the day Square 1 Art was supposed to have my students free stickers / artwork delivered to my school. My understanding is that my students artwork was lost in the mail, but why was I notified weeks later that there was an issue? This is my first year working with Square 1 Art and I am incredibly impressed. As a parent volunteer at my daughter's school who has run or helped support fundraising in the past, this is by far the easiest fundraiser I've ever organized from planning to execution and promotion. Square 1 Art assigns a coordinator and has everything mapped out for you. Every detail and step is well though out and easy to communicate. This was my first time working with Square 1 Art, from the beginning, my coordinator was very helpful, she gave me the information I needed every single time. The students had a lot if fun creating their art and I was amazed to see how talented a lot of them are. I look forward to working with them again.

I have used Square 1 Art as a fundraiser for my art program for over ten years. They are wonderful to work with! My students and their families look forward to this fundraiser every year! The products are adorable:)
