I ordered several items from Square 1 Art — mugs, aprons, and pillowcases featuring my daughter’s artwork — and everything came out amazing. The quality is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the pieces look even better in person. Shipping was super fast too, which was perfect for Christmas gifts. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend!
I ordered three journals with my kids art. I received an empty package. I emailed and called no responses.
So far so good! Just placed my order for 8 water bottles with personalized named and grandson's artwork. Crossing my fingers... have used this company previously. I have been ordering art from this company for over 10 years and have never had a problem. I'm not sure what happened this time. I placed my order back in May, hoping to receive it in June, but I never did. I have tried calling and have created a couple of cases online, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I partnered with Square 1 Art this spring and sent my students art to the company on time. I was not notified by the company that the shipment was never received until the day Square 1 Art was supposed to have my students free stickers / artwork delivered to my school. My understanding is that my students artwork was lost in the mail, but why was I notified weeks later that there was an issue?
