Cute idea, extremely poor execution. I ordered two items and when I received my package it only had one item, but both were listed on the packing slip. When attempting to contact the business, it's impossible. Now I am out $50 that I could have just donated to the school.
I ordered several items from Square 1 Art — mugs, aprons, and pillowcases featuring my daughter’s artwork — and everything came out amazing. The quality is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the pieces look even better in person. Shipping was super fast too, which was perfect for Christmas gifts. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend!
I ordered three journals with my kids art. I received an empty package. I emailed and called no responses.
So far so good! Just placed my order for 8 water bottles with personalized named and grandson's artwork. Crossing my fingers... have used this company previously. I have been ordering art from this company for over 10 years and have never had a problem. I'm not sure what happened this time. I placed my order back in May, hoping to receive it in June, but I never did. I have tried calling and have created a couple of cases online, but I haven't heard back from anyone. It's really a shame because the idea of being able to order artwork from your kids—no matter how old they are today—is amazing!
