Had an issue while updating a powder room. In order to install a new floor the toilet needed to be removed. However, the. valve controlling the flow of water was no longer functioning. So, I called SLP&H and they sent their first available technician. arrived promptly and valve was replaced with no discernible project disruption.
The young plumber showed up on time and in a couple hours had installed the new water heater and blew the silt out of my accessible copper pipes. He discovered an existing hook-up error that was causing low hot water flow and fixed it. He showed me the temperature adjustment knob and the temperature measurement tapes. He also disposed of my old water heater and cleaned up after himself.
