I started Squad232 almost 3 1/2 years ago now and I have loved the results I've seen! While I've always loved to work out and run, these workouts are unique, targeting all muscle groups and are so fun!! I feel stronger, healthier and enjoy every workout, as it challenges me to reach my fullest potential! Amanda is also the most encouraging trainer!! So thankful for the progress and being a part of this community!! 💪🏼👏🏼
