I cannot describe how helpful Sophie at SQPsych has been in helping me, not only in terms of my personal mental health, but in terms of helping to reduce the difficulty and anxiety surrounding navigating the health system. As an adult who struggles mightily with anxiety and organization, accessing and navigating health services and advocacy can be terrifying and I truly appreciate just how much she has been willing to go above and beyond my expectations in assisting me in these areas.
