Signed contract with them in October 2022, and still have this dump for my view in my backyard and unfinished work everywhere. It is now April 2024. New tiles on floor have areas that puddle. Can't open grill in outdoor kitchen since they didn't leave enough space on the back side. Update. Project completed June 2024 after we hired an attorney. Did work for them in September of 2023 we are in January of 2024, no payment yet or anyone responding to emails or phone calls or text messages this company is a joke the way it is run, Samuel Kim the owner doesn’t care who he takes advantage of along with his so called project manager Jesse Palomares all the do is burn people
