First visit today, very friendly staff and very professional. Doctor and nurse practitioner are very detailed and seemed very concerned. Also no wait, I walked in and got called to the back to see the doctor right away.
Dr. Lu was so great! It’s so refreshing to come across doctors that actually take time to listen to you and try to find the root of a problem instead of just medicating you. He’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend his practice.
If I had made this review the first 3 appointments, it would be 4-5 stars. Everything went great, at first. Then, over the course of an entire year and 2 months, this place has been a headache and so unacceptably neglectful. It's bad enough that you have to pay the copay to literally just ask for your doctor to refill a prescription that wasn't due for a visit first yet, but multiple times this happened.
