Good doctor always open to finding a good solution
I've been a patient of Doctor Lu. going on 4 years. Most times, until today, my visits have been pleasant. Today was a different story that completely changed how I view this doctor and compelled me to write this review to help others NOT to choose a person of this caliber for medical treatment or advice. Dr. Lu is a know it all and cannot be proven wrong. The moment you debate a topic with him he becomes terse and dismissive. Dr. Lu was on vacation so I was seen by his PA. Knowing Dr. Lu, he would leave someone to see his patients that he determined would be capable and professional. She was very sweet, listened carefully, examined me, and determined I needed antibiotics and steroids. She was in touch with Dr. Lu who ordered the medicine. The office personnel are always very friendly and attentive. I really feel they care about their patients and make an effort to make them feel comfortable.
