SpyderArt reconstructed the front porch and sidewalk on my 100 year old house in the University Place neighborhood. I much appreciated that they took on the project, which some Lawrence construction companies would not even bid on. SpyderArt removed and replaced the sidewalk, reinforced the cement structure of the front porch, and arranged to have an expert stonemason lay flagstone on the porch and sidewalk. The cement work and entire project were expertly done and look great. I am well pleased.

We had very high radon levels in our basement and the floor itself had huge cracks. Our home is over 100 yrs old so we wanted to address any structural issues in addition to putting in a vapor barrier. The quote Jace gave us was not the cheapest one but he really listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on anything else. Great communication, honest and know what they are talking about. The concrete work and waterproofing job they did for me was high quality and finished quickly. Didn't try to upsell me on a drain tile system I had thought would fix the issue.
