Great Service! After going to the degrading Boombabies to find a prom dress, SpyBabys was like heaven. Instead of trying to push me to try on dresses I didn't like, they let me look around and pull some dresses before they started pulling them for me. There was a few girls there and only two girls working and they handled it so well! I finally found a perfect dress and it was 20% off! I bought a 350 dollar dress for just 300! An experience that just leaves a cloud hanging in teh air – I went there months ago....many many many months ago to look for a wedding dress. Now that I have had time to reflect I want to write a review: I had made an appointment and when we got there it was like they weren’t prepared. The girl helping us had red hair and was very not into her job, she saw us and just seemed miserable. BEST EXPERIENCE – I absolutely loved everything about my experience at Spybaby. I had previously gone to New York Bride and David's Bridal, not to mention a half dozen other smaller shops and BY FAR Spybaby gave me the best one-on-one service. They are laiid back enough to let you take pictures and pull your own dresses, but super professional and helpful and willing to go the extra mile and answer ANY questions you have. DISSAPOINTED – In Oct. 2003 I tried to purchace a dress from this store for my wedding in Oct. 2004. I paid a deposit of 50% of the dress an was told it would be ready around April, fine. But when my wedding was moved up to Dec. 2003 and I purchaced a different dress. The owner would not give me my origional deposit back. I felt that was very unprofessional.
