Very rude staff. Would not entertain a return or exchange for an unopened item with the reciept.
I bought a humidifier over $600. After a while the app stopped sending notifications so I wouldn't know if someone enter my house. I contacted the support team, send them the humidifier. They said the camera is working but the problem is from the app. They contacted the developer, but they get no answer. I called the shop that i bought it from and they have no solution.
