I had a problem with an existing spy camera that was older. I called Spy Shop Store to see if they could me trouble shoot the issue. Please note that this camera was not bought at Spy Shop. The customer service I received from Larry was like no other. He spent much of his off time trying to help me with my issue over the phone. Excellent place for covert audio and video equipment. Everything was very high quality and worked great to catch an employee theft issue at our business. Highly recommend!!
