Unresponsive to texts and phone calls to a problem with a security camera system he installed. Tail light warrantee I think is the term in the industry. Very unprofessional!
Met with representative to asssess security needs in our building and get a quote. Was promised a quote by the end of the week after what I felt was a really productive meeting. I followed up twice over the next couple of months, but never received a response. Really disappointing.
