We hired SPV to fix our electrical problems found by the inspector the potential buyers hired before the sale of our house. We told the electrician to ONLY fix and or change what was on the report and only the report from the inspector. The potential buyers of OUR house ( we still owned the house at the time) called the electrician we hired ( SPV ) and asked him to fix what ever else needed to be fixed or updated other than what was in the inspection report.
