If I’m honest I’m genuinely worried about the man. I never in my life anticipated being yelled at nor sworn at by an accountant. Certainly not one I was paying to handle my taxes. Regular taxes weren’t an issue but I had a larger situation with the CRA which he told me he would help me handle. But from then on he was an absolute nightmare. Telling me one thing then SCREAMING at me and I mean top of his lungs cussing a blue streak because I dare try to follow up on something. Believe the one star reviews.
There are no words of praise that do justice to the service provided by Mark! He prepared taxes for the Estate of a friend who passed, and Mark was so thorough, and detailed every step of the way. He took the time to make sure we completely understood our next steps and what needed to be done to move forward. He was very kind and professional; I would recommend Mark for ANY accounting needs!
This was my first year having Mark do my taxes and I’m very glad I did. He cleaned up a big mess that I had, I didn’t think i would see the end of it. Mark is very responsive, fair priced and very good at what he does. I will only be dealing with him from now on, very highly recommend!
