Went to this guy on a recommendation from a colleague. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car but he still wanted to run diagnostics on it to be sure. I left my car with him for the day, come to collect it and he hasn't done the work! The reason he gives is that there's a problem with his diagnostics equipment. He then sends me to another garage who he says will look after my car. I leave my car with them and they do their diagnostics and confirm I was right about what the problem was.
