Spurr wing today might be an old building but it provides all you need for a stay in Launceston for any type of treatment at the hospital. It is just across the road from Launceston hospital & minutes from the shops. Remember how it is funded & replace what you use - even though everything you may need is provided - a donation would not go astray It was a blessing to us, saving a daily travel time of 2hrs each way with not far to get to the hospital when you are not in the best of health.
