Contacted them regarding a furnace issue and they scheduled an appointment for same day. The technicians were very thorough and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair and very reasonable. Totally satisfied with the work performed.

Ghosted us. Wanted a new AC installed. Guy came by took some measurements and said we would receive an estimate shortly. Never heard from them again. Lame business.
Spurr installed a humidifier the day after I called. It was in a cold snap and my new engineered wood flooring was shrinking and twisting. They patiently answered my questions when I called and the installer patiently answered more questions and walked me through the controls and changing the pad. They are easy to do business with!
