First time using Spurr Heating and A/C. Returned my call quickly. AC problem found and was fixed quickly. Will definitely use for all future needs.
They literally have a picture of Mitsubishi Mr Slim on their ad page and when I called to book a service call they said they won't service that brand beyond a visual inspection.
I called on a Sunday morning and Chris, the technician, was here in two hours. He was able to trouble shoot the issue with the a/c and had it running within the hour. He was professional and very polite. I would totally recommend this company for any repairs.
Came out next day, identified parts and obtained them immediately, finished service same day. Highly recommend.
