They never answer their phone and don’t respond back to you
Called 2 times for water heater work. You get answer machine like they are in business but no one calls you back. Had Lance work for us for many years. Now I don't know if he still owns it or what. No one will call you back. Been three weeks now and no call.
He really knows his stuff. He is a very good guy. Good company. I highly recommend.
