Shipping&recieving clerk, talks like shes tying up her words intentionally, told me bay 3-1-4 it sounded like, what she was really saying was 3 or 4, an told me someone will come an get me once door clears, no one ever did, also states it is a drop&hook on JB Hunt 360 app, live load 2-3hrs...
Worst place to pick up appointment at 10:30, got here @10:20 in dock by 10:30 now its 1536 still have not get loaded. Avoid This place drivers
here you have to unhook and drive forward, and they close the roller blind, they loaded it pretty quickly, I even went to Walmart and did some shopping)) before that, of course, I asked them if I could go. Thank you, have a nice day!
This place is ridiculous to get loaded. Kathy is rude and unprofessional to drivers as well as her own staff. I would not take another load at this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
