To comment on Herman smelts review! Not once did I tell him when his unit would be ready! But I did tell him his part was backordered! Which apparently he doesn’t not understand a backordered date means Kawasaki may or may not receive it on that date and may extend said date! However I did communicate that once received I would give him a timeline. The service department has no control of shipping and receiving nor do we have control over Kawasaki and parts availability.
