Nice enough staff, brought my quad in to be fixed and they charged me 1 hour labour which was almost $180 bucks just to tell me the engine was seized. Crazy hourly rates.
Parts and gear are available online with better return policy than this place. Took them 45 minutes to help me exchange shoes today. Majority of the people I have spoke regarding original purchase and the recent return have had similar issues. Don't waste your time.
Great shop if you’re a beginner biker and feeling a little intimidated by everything there is to learn. I’ve had such a welcoming experience from everyone - bike sales, gear sales, finance, and service. They all have had tremendous patience with my million beginner questions, gave me a good deal on my first (used) bike, and have bent over backwards to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my bike. Absolutely amazing service.
