Not satisfied with their current return and exchange policy. Staff was inconsistent about exchanging an expensive gift I received. Will buy the same items at a store with a better return and customer service.
Poor return policy. Accidentally purchased the wrong set of knitting needles and was not able to exchange for the correct set despite speaking to Abby over the phone, saying the product was opened, and then driving 2 hours to exchange it. Disappointed with the customer service and recommend shopping elsewhere.
Great staff and selection of fibers for knitting and felting. Love all the patterns and test knits they share.
