The owner is a NUT JOB who is paranoid to do any business with anyone. He picks and chooses who he wants to rent the hall out to and lies to different ppl about pricing. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY THERE!!
great italian food friendly staff and saturday night karaoke – we ended up at spumante on a reccomandation from my italian friend luigi and i know that if he likes it its got to be good . he was right this place is amazing from the crostini with ricotta asparagus and prosciutto the gnocchi ,swordfish with rabe and homemade desserts great food good bar crowd .we are definatly going back

One of the Best Italian Rest on long island – I love everything about this place. I went there after a show at the Coliseum and just fell in love. I had the Home made braciole with cavatelli and my husband had the lobster special. We both agree that they were the best we ever had. The service was very friendly and happy. The homemade tiramisu was so delicious. I can't wait to go back!
cant go wrong you cant order the wrong thing in spumante restaurant. the service is great and the chef will go out of the way to present you with a specail request. try to leave room for some dessert
Wonderful I was hesitant to try another Italian reastaurant. I was happy with the 2 that I was a regular at. Guess what? I am now a regular at Spumante. The food is magnificent and the service is friendly and unpretensious. I was originally turned off because I heard that Tony (the owner) was from Venere in Westbury. Great Food The Spumante Restaurant is one of the better Italian restaurants I have been to lately. For the appetizer I reccomend the Cozze in Bianco which is Prince Edward mussels and the Carcofi Ripieno which is the stuffed artichokes. For the main meal, I usually have the Bistecca alla Toscana which is a Rib Steak with mashed potatoes. I recommend this to Italian food lovers.
Good Italian Food The Italian food at Spumante is very authentic. The Restaurant has a great bar and will cater any affair in their special occasions room. Spumante's best homeade italian specialty would have to be the Vitello Romana which includes veal sauteed with butter, onions, shiitake mushrooms,a nd marsala wine.
