I have been calling since February, to get an appointment for an urgent medical issue in which I was in a lot of pain. When I received no response, I went to a different doctor. I have been calling for medical records. Weeks after calling someone called me back. I was informed that I need to pay $35 to get my records. I have no issue with that but then I was told they couldn't email me the records because the file was too big. What year is this 1985? I said put it in a zip drive or do two emails.
