This is the Spud Ranch food truck. It is in an easy to access location with seating available in a food truck park setting. We ordered the Texas spus (a classic) and the brisket spud. The potatoes are Large and they stack the spuds with a lot of filling. It was hot, fresh, and always filling. If I am going to be driving by this area, I try to stop in. They are quick. The food is moderately priced, but worth it for the size/flavor.
Great food truck! Friendly service and spectacular, huge potatoes with lots of toppings. Wonderful meal!
Food was not great. No options for seasoning, not even the basic salt and pepper. Service was rude and hasty. You will do better baking your own potato at home.
