Food was great 100% recommend but the service on the other hand so bad the gentleman was very rude just shut the window in the middle of me talking I went back to order something else and was even more upset/ annoyed that I ordered again

Their potatoes are out of this world! They have a smoked taste to them.
This is the Spud Ranch food truck. It is in an easy to access location with seating available in a food truck park setting. We ordered the Texas spus (a classic) and the brisket spud. The potatoes are Large and they stack the spuds with a lot of filling. It was hot, fresh, and always filling. If I am going to be driving by this area, I try to stop in. They are quick. The food is moderately priced, but worth it for the size/flavor.
