The food is delicious I’ve had it a couple of times. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because they are never open. My husband and I have attempted to get dinner at least three time from there and it’s been closed every time. Tonight was one of those nights, Google hours say it’s open. I hate to leave 3 stars because even the workers were great, maybe we can see this food truck open more often!
Google says they were opened today. So we went and they are closed. Please adjust the hours.
I got the frito pie with brisket. I went with no sause since I still had to drive home and didn't want it to get real soggy. The brisket was great and all the rest of the toppings was good and fresh. The beans could use a little more flavor but was still a well cooked bean. I'll be back to try other things for sure .
Amazing, absolutely delicious BBQ!! My favorite are the potachoes topped with brisket!
Everything about this place is awesome. We get the super spud with pork, and it is enough for 2 people and some. The barbecue sauce is great.
