Stephen was phenomenal! I can not recommend SPT Home Inspections enough. He walked me through the whole process, from outside the home, and then top to bottom inside. He offered alot of knowledge which was greatly appreciated as I'm a first time homebuyer. Stephen did an awesome job. Was really in love with this townhouse but opened my eyes to a major repair that could be 30k! Although it does not feel good to spend $ on an inspection for a home you aren’t going buy anymore, I do feel better knowing I dodged a bullet. Thanks Stephen!!!!

Steven was incredible to work with. If you have any doubts, try what I did and call him. After a two minute conversation it's evident he's an expert. He arrived early to take photos and look around. At the home he gave extreme detail but also broke it down in manageable lay-man terms for me to highlight key takeaways (his inspection was so thorough I wouldn't have been able to remember everything if not for this).
