A garbage company. Steph Tomo is a joke. Can't even tie his own shoes. Do not use this company. No stars.
Poor management
Stephen was phenomenal! I can not recommend SPT Home Inspections enough. He walked me through the whole process, from outside the home, and then top to bottom inside. He offered alot of knowledge which was greatly appreciated as I'm a first time homebuyer. He was courteous and patient with all my questions and pointed out the difference between things that were important to do right away and the things to just keep an eye out for over a period of time. Stephen did an awesome job. Was really in love with this townhouse but opened my eyes to a major repair that could be 30k! Although it does not feel good to spend $ on an inspection for a home you aren’t going buy anymore, I do feel better knowing I dodged a bullet. Thanks Stephen!!!!
