I have lived in an SPS apartment for 4 years and I recently had an experience that warrants a review. I had an issue come up and I needed to partner with my property manager, Desiree, to help find a solution. She was incredibly caring, helpful, and delivered on her promise. Having a property manager who advocates for you and truly has your best interest in mind is very refreshing. I am very lucky to get to rent with such a great group. Give Desiree a raise while you're at it :)
