SPS pushes me to my limit!
Been going here for a little while now, and I love the vibe of this place. The staffing instructors are both friendly and knowledgeable and the community is friendly and supportive, everything you would look for in this type of Jim. Strongly recommend.
Can’t say enuf positive things about Collis and his gym. I’m over 40, wanted a gym that would motivate and push me and not make me feel awkward. Especially after not working out for quite a few years. SPS fit! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Never boring. Different everyday and challenging. I’ve lost weight and feel great! He is also amazing with children. My son is 12, personal trains with Collis and he uses Collis’s instruction on how to improve his speed even when he’s climbing stairs in school!
I have two boys, ages 7 and 11, who attended the summer camp here. At first, they thought it was going to feel like “just work,” but they ended up loving it! The camp was engaging, combining both training and fun in the best way. They looked forward to every class without any fuss and were actually sad when they had to stop early because we had made other summer camp arrangements.
