If you’re looking to up your game and truly challenge yourself SPS is the place to join. The staff is so kind and supportive, the facility is state of the art and so clean it shines. This isn’t your grandfather’s gym, this is a new age, core strength and agility training facility that offers a wide range of training for all levels of fitness.
I really love this place! I had my son's 6th birthday party there and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The owner and his staff were amazing and so accommodating to the children! I recently went there for a trial workout session and was also amazed at how welcoming members were to me! I left feeling ready to join.
My 7 year old son loves going to SPS! Coach Cam is incredible with him - he is patient, motivating, and always makes workouts fun and challenging. It's amazing to see his progress every week and I'm excited to see him continue working with his Coach. The whole environment at SPS is positive, supportive, and focused on helping build healthy habits while having a good time. We are so grateful for Coach Cam and the entire SPS team for creating such a good experience every week. Highly recommend!!
Joining SPSF was honestly the best decision I’ve made in a long time—no cap. Lol. I grew up in sports and was always pretty athletic, even made it to college ball. But once that chapter closed, I still found ways to stay in shape—hitting the gym, eating clean, getting solid sleep. Both my children have gone to SPS for several years now. They are both high-level Division 1 athletes who have benefited tremendously from Collis and the programs he offers at SPS. Collis’ facility is Amazing! It’s clean, organized and filled with variety of weight training, speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and recovery equipment.
