I’ve been a member since 2021. I love everything about SPS. Staff members are friendly, kind and responsive. Coaches( Collis, Alex, John and Cam) are amazing, motivated, knowledgeable and willing to help you feel comfortable in class. If you are looking for a place that keeps your workout fresh and challenging SPS is the place. I definitely recommend SPS.
I first brought my son Mason to Collis when he was nine turning 10 years old Collis first sat down to talk to us to seewhat we were looking for and then gave us complementary classes instead of your typical gym and just taking your money, he cared and wanted to find out if one athlete like the class and if he could help which he already knew he could help anyway Here we are 3-4 years later and my son has turned into a super athlete, better footwork, faster, stronger mentally stronger. Collis and SPS is the place to train! The facility is clean with top-notch equipment and great trainers. I got the chance to work with the college group this summer and have seen huge progress in my game. If you want to train like an athlete this is the place to be.
SPS is an outstanding facility for sports performance training. Collis and his team take a personalized approach, tailoring their programs to each team and sport. I’ve been bringing my son’s travel baseball team to SPS for the past two years, and the improvement has been remarkable. Phil, one of the trainers, did an exceptional job designing a program that made every player faster and stronger. If you’re looking for top-tier sports performance training for your child, SPS is the place to go!
I’ve been going to Collis and SPS since my junior year of college. He’s helped me progress not only as an athlete but as a human being. His big brother mentorship, support, and words of wisdom has helped me develop in all aspects of life.
