My 7 year old son loves going to SPS! Coach Cam is incredible with him - he is patient, motivating, and always makes workouts fun and challenging. It's amazing to see his progress every week and I'm excited to see him continue working with his Coach. The whole environment at SPS is positive, supportive, and focused on helping build healthy habits while having a good time. We are so grateful for Coach Cam and the entire SPS team for creating such a good experience every week. Highly recommend!!
Joining SPSF was honestly the best decision I’ve made in a long time—no cap. Lol. I grew up in sports and was always pretty athletic, even made it to college ball. Both my children have gone to SPS for several years now. They are both high-level Division 1 athletes who have benefited tremendously from Collis and the programs he offers at SPS. Collis’ facility is Amazing! It’s clean, organized and filled with variety of weight training, speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and recovery equipment.
