SpryLyfe / 1st Class Medical - Be Warned - If you are looking to start-up a business where customers purchase from your website, for items not actually in-stock, then give customer the run-around while not giving a full refund, then look to these companies as they have perfected this practice.
Very poor customer service. Told them i wanted a used concentrator that was suppose to be like $2000. After making payments i am paying 4000! Try to get ahold of them with no luck. Send an email to hello@ srylyfe said not valid. Would nevver buy from them again.
My ARYA portable oxygen concentrator has been a great asset over the past year since I purchased it from SpryLyfe. I am able to go to restaurants and go shopping, which without it was very difficult. I have had no issues with my concentration and anticipate many years of good service from it and increased mobility for me.
