The sales folks must work on commission. We were quoted about $2300 for a small stone and eventually we got another quote from a local and well known competitor who did other relatives stones. Less than half so I called sprung and they immediately dropped the price by $1000 and would have matched the other to get the business. I just don't like people who do business this way. Watch out as they have some related /sister companies and they also quote high
