In my experience Sprung Construction has done excellent work from the field to the office. They were a great group of people to work with and I would suggest anyone looking for a contractor to contact Tom Sprung.
In my experience, Sprung Construction likes to short cut wherever they can. I own one of 5 Sprung built homes on a block in the highlands and each of the 5 homes have huge cracks in the dry wall (in the same spot in each home) due to poor design and construction. We have had structural engineers come out and tell us how it was built incorrectly and that it should be fixed by the builder, yet Tom Sprung is completely unwilling to resolve the problem.
