I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. This place is hell, really. The owner's are refusing to rent to potential buyers (for owners of trailers that wish to move) without 12 months rent prepaid upon purchasing, plus a deposit. (Buyers have excellent rental history, same residence for 30 years) They are extorting those of us that wish to move and can't afford to move our 51 year old trailers. Why? The people living here are great neighbors. Those running the place couldn’t care less about the residents. It’s just a captive source of income for them. It's hard to get them to do anything.
