The new management contracted with me to replace all of the roofs there. They really advocated for the tenants in order to get capital improvements made to the property. All the residents there were very courteous while we had a bunch of crews there working and causing a disruption to their daily life. The new management is working to repair the rest of the property and they are a pleasure to work with. The current maintenance person was a little overwhelmed so they brought us in to help.
This is the first glowing review I've had cause to remove - the maintenance man earned his termination and possibly criminal charges and the current manager is guilty of much more. I did not know I was wrong when I wrote: "Mang. Matters (2 stars was the highest rating ANYONE would give apts for almost 10 yrs) - After a decade of BS - someone FINALLY hired a couple of grown ups... NEW MANAGER and NEW HANDYMAN -RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, MATURE - they actually show up and do their jobs well without any of the crazines... read more
Its alright. But I wouldn't tell anyone to live there.
