A few people around area have had problems with this dealership. Change prices on clients, low ball their trade in. KBB can give a price and they will give 7,000.00 less than book value. Not a smart way to treat customers

Husband made appointment to test drive a certain vehicle. Drove almost 2 1/2 hours. We get there and Noa, the sales person, tells us it sold the night before. So we go in and he starts doing paperwork. He says he has 3 more there. Makes a copy of my husbands driver's license so we could still do a test drive. He keeps asking if we're trading anything in and we told him we were there for a test drive and IF we decided to buy, we were undecided if we would trade in or just keep our other vehicle.
