4.5 for overall over multiple dealings with them for several vehicles. Not once have I ever had issues with christen service advisor. She has always been willing to assist and make me feel like a valued customer. Even when I had problems with another vehicle she provided me with the number and point of contact at their sister dealership to help resolve the needs for that make. A few people around area have had problems with this dealership. Change prices on clients, low ball their trade in. KBB can give a price and they will give 7,000.00 less than book value. Not a smart way to treat customers
