Have a laser package thru Ideal Image and was granted my remaining treatments due to the new owner (Dr. Terri) wanting to keep the Ideal Image customers happy. So grateful they did this because they don't have any responsibility of honoring my package since I purchased through Ideal Image. Erin does my treatments and fit in a same day Botox treatment. I am a former Ideal Image patient and came back for Botox, fillers, and laser with Leigh once the center changed to Spruce MediSpa. Leigh is amazing and is so thorough with my treatments. I can’t trust anyone else! Amazing service, amazing prices and love that it’s now privately owned and not through corporate anymore!
I bought a package with ideal image a few months back and they were sold to spruce Medispa. I was told I am forced to get my services done at this company and they will not offer me a refund for the almost $4000 package I purchased. I’m sorry but what if you bought a cut and color from a high end stylist and when you show up they tell you to go to Supercuts because they will still honor it. I asked how they were going to make it right they said this is all the information I have for you! Awesome!
