Waited almost 2 hours for my virtual appointment. I scheduled my appointment for my lunch break from work since they close before I am done work. I had to call in for the rest of the day- which is super hard to do given I work in a school. I got a call saying "5 minutes" but then proceeded to wait another 30 + minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait FOREVER to talk to a doctor, for what a total of 5 minutes?
Waited 1.5 hours before I gave up waiting for my virtual clinic. Doctor never showed.

I booked an appointment for Saturday at 11:00 AM and adjusted my weekend work schedule to be there on time. However, when I arrived, the clinic was closed, and I had received no call or email to notify me. This shows a serious lack of organization and professionalism. The staff provided misleading information, and the whole situation was a complete waste of time. If the clinic doesn’t operate on weekends, they should not be scheduling appointments. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 11:00 AM. We rearranged our weekend work schedule to attend, but no one informed us of any changes or cancellations. When we arrived, the clinic was closed. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The staff are unorganized, give incorrect information, and completely waste people’s time.
