Customer service is extremely poor. It would be awesome if the first person of contact was better trained in processes and possessed customer service skills. To be told time after time by John that their doctor is extremely busy as if my head injury is a burden to the office was beyond me. I kindly explained that I'm already suffering from a head injury and rather not burden their office taking up time trying to been seen, and that I'd seek assistance elsewhere. I'm just taken back by the rudeness and lack of empathy.
