Johnny (sp?) came out and worked with us on planting three maples, sod removal, removal of a large dogwood, planting of hydrangeas, shrubs, ground cover, removal of a couple of lamp posts and a fertilization and lawn maintenance plan for 2026. He was extremely professional and provided a clear and concise quote. We look forward to working with Spruce It Up for the foreseeable future. This was an overall positive experience; Johnny made it easy for us!
Made an appt and Jay came out to see us. He was 40 minutes late. When he finally arrived, we talked about planting trees, shrubs, removing shrubs, sprinkler maintenance, removing some dated lamp posts, etc. He said he might be able to get a sprinkler tech out later that week, which never happened. I left two messages the next week to discuss some more definite ideas about what we were considering doing. No response. I called again asking to speak with him. I never did speak with him again.
