My boyfriend and I have both gotten 90 min massages here, and for both of us it was a very effective massage for pain/tension release. One of the better massages we have each had. Plan on spending extra time as Rayne is very thorough about intake, discussing areas of soreness and tension, and after the massage they explain how your muscles/fascia/nervous system etc. are working together and recommend exercises to help with chronic issues.
