Dr Bernstein Needs to retire before he hurts someone's pet. The man can barely remember his name. Spent months trying to get help for my dog and all I got was insulted . IMO His Mental health is on the decline due to his age. He was once a great VET. Now he is a shell of his former self. Please someone tell him to retire.
